Vanderbilt Law Review

The Vanderbilt Law Review is the flagship academic journal of Vanderbilt University Law School located in Nashville, Tennessee. The Law Review is the eighth ranked law journal in the world according to the Washington & Lee Law Journal Rankings. Articles appearing in the Law Review have been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court, all thirteen federal circuit courts of appeal, and hundreds of other law reviews and journals. The Law Review publishes six issues per year and has a rich history of publishing both theoretical and empirical scholarship that expands and challenges current understanding of the law and legal institutions.
